What you will do
- Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of a support or production operations team.
- Set team priorities, coordinate resources, and align work with other supervisors.
- Coach team members, complete employee evaluations, and recommend pay actions.
- Analyze and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.
- Improve efficiency by applying operational business practices across closely related areas.
- Provide input on resource planning and policy development while being accountable for team results.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Excellent English skills required.
- Experience coordinating team activities, setting priorities, and supervising operational work.
