2027 PE-Secondaries Investments Summer Intern

Annual pay range: $85,000–$90,000 USD

What you will do

• Analyze private equity fund opportunities and conduct due diligence on LP-market and GP-led secondary transactions.
• Help prepare and present investment recommendations and due diligence findings to internal committees.
• Conduct industry research to support investment evaluations and transaction advisory work.
• Support client relationship management, portfolio management, and reporting.
• Assist with fundraising for private equity separate account mandates and commingled funds.
• Use Capital IQ, Preqin, Burgiss, DealCloud, and other financial research databases for research and due diligence.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BA or BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• On track to graduate in December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Coursework or previous internship experience in investments or financial markets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated interest in the investment industry, particularly alternative investments.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
