Salary: $73,200–$117,800 per year

What you will do

  • Lead one or two production areas and provide daily support to manufacturing team members.
  • Plan and facilitate work to meet production schedules, quality targets, housekeeping standards, and safety objectives.
  • Coach team members, provide performance feedback, and support employee development.
  • Investigate process and product nonconformances, perform root-cause analyses, and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Champion 5S, Kaizen events, value-stream mapping, standard work, and other continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain production records and coordinate changes to machines, processes, materials, and assembly activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with three or more years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedures, technical documents, and government regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, make decisions within established policies, and solve structured production problems.
  • Ability to supervise, schedule, evaluate, and recommend personnel actions for production employees.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kewaunee, Wisconsin, during routine first-shift hours.
