Production Supervisor (Final Test Department)

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Pay range: $73,200–$117,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead one or two production areas or processes within the final test department.
• Supervise production employees in union and non-union environments and provide daily troubleshooting support.
• Plan work to support on-time production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and evaluations to support employee development.
• Lead process changes, Kaizen events, continuous improvement, and value stream projects.
• Investigate manufacturing problems, resolve nonconformances, and maintain required records and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus three or more years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to plan and organize projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, and government regulations.
• Availability for routine shift hours, with infrequent overtime, weekend work, or shift rotation.
