hirify.global's Kewaunee Fabrications is a heavy fabrication specialist providing manufacturing, engineering, cutting, forming, welding, machining, blasting, painting, and assembly services.

What you will do

  • Lead one or two production areas or similar processes during the second shift.
  • Plan and facilitate work to achieve production schedules, quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives.
  • Support production teams in union and non-union environments, including troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
  • Coach team members, provide performance feedback, and support employee development.
  • Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards while supporting maintenance, continuous improvement, and value-stream projects.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses, resolve nonconformances, lead Kaizen events, and develop standard work and value-stream maps.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with three or more years of manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, interpret technical and safety procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to make decisions, solve production problems, schedule work, and evaluate employees.
  • Ability to work onsite in Kewaunee, Wisconsin, on routine second-shift hours.
