Acousti-Cap Fabricator CG8 (Advanced Composites)

Location: Casa Grande, Arizona, USA; onsite grave shift, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with overtime as required.

Salary: $25.75 per hour during the normally 90-day new hire orientation period, increasing to $28.13 per hour afterward, plus a $1.75 per hour grave-shift premium.

What you will do

• Set up and operate equipment used to prepare core blanks, acoustical panels, and aircraft engine blankets.
• Adjust core edge preparation, slotting, septum insertion, dipping, oven, and related production equipment.
• Measure insertion depth, adhesive dip parameters, air-flow impedance, and Rayl values.
• Verify resin, solvent, and adhesive parameters and adjust machine temperature, speed, and air pressure.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects, alignment, insertion quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Monitor production against work instructions and job routers, use SPC where required, and enter, analyze, and retrieve process data.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience, preferably in manufacturing; six months of manufacturing experience at hirify.global Casa Grande may substitute.
• Proficiency with a tape measure and ruler, plus basic computer data entry skills.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, qualifying temporary resident, refugee, or asylee.
