What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hirify.global products and solutions that support financial wellbeing.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Build customer loyalty and expand share of wallet through personalized banking experiences.
• Resolve customer problems using product and procedural knowledge.
• Follow risk, compliance, and operational procedures while supporting efficient branch operations.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience; comparable education, certifications, experience, or military service may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, customer service, and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must work in the Richardson, Texas branch; this is an in-office position.
• Successful candidates are subject to additional background checks under applicable consumer financial protection regulations.

• Bilingual Chinese or Korean communication skills.
