Delivery & Implementation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote; duties do not need to be performed near a hirify.global office location. Occasional presence at a hirify.global office may be required with scheduled notice. The role is associated with São Paulo, Brazil.

What you will do

• Support client and partner implementations across the lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and handover.
• Gather and document business, operational, and technical requirements.
• Assist with platform configuration, testing cycles, certifications, and go-live readiness.
• Track actions, dependencies, and issues, escalating risks and blockers to Implementation Consultants and Managers.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Services, and Risk teams, and participate in client meetings and workshops.
• Prepare status updates and delivery documentation while gradually taking ownership of small delivery streams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s or advanced degree; preferred experience is 2–4 years in payments, fintech, financial services, SaaS, implementation, operations, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with client-facing delivery or implementation projects and familiarity with implementation frameworks, project tracking tools, and structured documentation.
• Understanding of the payments value chain and card-based products, including issuers, acquirers, processors, and networks.
• Basic technical literacy in APIs, system integrations, and data formats such as JSON and CSV.
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
