is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the industry.
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Integrations team and own the end-to-end delivery flow for clients’ integration requests.
In this role, you will be responsible for the process, status, delivery communication and coordination across the full lifecycle of integration-related tasks: from incoming client request through planning, execution, deployment and post-release follow-up.
This role is focused on delivery ownership, not technical ownership. You will keep work moving across teams, maintain visibility, manage dependencies and blockers, and make sure tasks are properly taken care of after deployment. Technical implementation, troubleshooting, estimation and technical decision-making is handled by the Engineering team.
🌴 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Own the end-to-end delivery process for integration-related tasks;
✔️ Drive tasks from incoming request to production validation and post-release follow-up;
✔️ Act as the main client contact for delivery-related topics, status updates and follow-up after UAT and PROD deploy;
✔️ Plan timelines, coordinate handoffs and manage changes in delivery commitments;
✔️ Track dependencies, process blockers and delivery risks, and escalate when needed;
✔️ Coordinate delivery across clients, developers, QA, DevOps, Support and external providers;
✔️ Maintain delivery visibility through reporting, workflow transparency and process improvements.
🌴 Job Requirements:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, Operations or Service Delivery roles in a tech or fintech environment;
✔️ Strong ownership of process, communication and coordination;
✔️ Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a structured way;
✔️ Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and strong client-facing communication skills;
✔️ Good judgment on when to follow up, escalate, organise a sync or involve engineering;
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities;
✔️ Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows and system integration concepts is a plus;
✔️ Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar;
✔️ Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken.
