Product Manager (MedTech)

What you will do

• Develop strategic marketing plans and tactical programs to support short- and long-term business growth.
• Prepare product brochures, sales presentations, sales analyses, forecasts, and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute marketing activities within the approved operating expense budget.
• Support sales teams in using sales aids and medical publications effectively.
• Analyze the competitive environment and internal capabilities to develop sustainable strategies for hirify.global Malaysia.
• Lead cross-functional projects, product and therapy growth initiatives, portfolio expansion, and marketing execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience in a relevant industry.
• Proven consistent performance in sales or marketing.
• Strategic thinking, innovation, and strong analytical skills.
• Strong KOL management, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive measurable results.
• Execution excellence in marketing activities and sales support.
