What you will do

• Formulate and execute product plans across the lifecycle to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Establish and maintain professional networks with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and major hospital channels.
• Develop marketing strategies, product training, and promotional materials to empower sales teams.
• Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor activities within the General Surgery field.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven experience in either marketing or solid General Surgery sales.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a methodical approach to project management.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or have legal authorization to work in South Korea.
