Product Manager (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Formulate and execute product plans across the medical device product lifecycle to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Build and maintain professional networks with key opinion leaders and major hospital channels.
• Develop marketing strategies, product training, and promotional materials to enable sales teams.
• Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor activity in General Surgery to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs on campaign execution.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Relevant marketing experience or solid General Surgery sales experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans and execute initiatives with attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build positive professional relationships.
