What you will do

  • Manage post-entry activities and submissions in coordination with customers, operations, the CEE, and CBP.
  • Prioritize and complete Post Summary Corrections, USMCA refund requests, 3347 Declarations of Owner, protests, and CAPE filings within regulatory deadlines.
  • Review documentation for compliance, obtain required customer approvals, and maintain complete electronic records.
  • Monitor customs rejections, refund statuses, CEE communications, and required supporting documentation.
  • Close finalized projects, prepare recaps, bill customers, and update relevant financial records.
  • Identify process improvements while maintaining service quality, productivity, and customer communication standards.

Requirements

  • Three years of import brokerage experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Understanding of 19 CFR Parts 1–199, HTSUSA, customs regulations, and post-entry procedures.
  • Experience interacting with government agencies; Customs Brokerage License preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Fluent English.
