What you will do

• Align inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies with BDT Sales and Amazon Supply Chain teams.
• Lead consensus planning meetings for assigned product categories and maintain alignment with customer program strategies.
• Analyze promotional activity and off-shelf product placement for current and future programs.
• Execute the Ready for Season process, tracking item setup and validating data for new and existing products.
• Manage SKU listings, forecast files, new item setup, retailer ecommerce systems, and Monday boards with the content team.
• Maintain state and county restrictions on customer sites to support regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in inventory planning, demand planning, fulfillment, or distribution within retail or consumer products manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP, JDA, Kinaxis, Amazon Vendor Central, or similar systems.
• Experience with forecasting dashboards, AI, and other forecasting tools.
• Strong analytical, statistical, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Access and Excel.
