Senior Business Strategy & Operations Analyst (Planning/Supply Chain)

Location: The Colony, Texas, United States; onsite

Salary: $93,000–$103,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Lead business planning and performance management activities, including annual plans, rolling forecasts, KPI dashboards, and management reviews.
• Analyze sales, inventory, backlog, pipeline, risks, and opportunities to provide recommendations for management decisions.
• Develop demand forecasts, sales outlooks, and scenario analyses using SAP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Represent Planning in the FY27 SAP implementation by coordinating requirements, testing, training, and process alignment.
• Drive business process standardization and continuous improvement while maintaining planning, reporting, and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate strategic priorities and performance alignment between North America and Japan business divisions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as a Planning Analyst, in Supply Chain, or in an equivalent role.
• A four-year degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data modeling, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and proactive working skills.
• Japanese speaking, reading, and writing are required; bilingual English and Japanese proficiency is required.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Planning or supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Understanding of cultural diversity and experience coordinating with Japan-based business divisions.
