Lead Strategic Resource Planner

Location: Avon, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $110,617–$160,396 per year

What you will do

• Own the long-range Sales & Operations Planning horizon beyond 12–18 months across people, equipment, materials, and trade partners.
• Translate the operational and sales pipeline into forward resource demand and capacity views.
• Identify long-term risks, gaps, and constraints by comparing forecast demand with expected capacity and capability.
• Develop scenario, sensitivity, and what-if analyses to evaluate assumptions and risk-mitigation options.
• Coordinate with People & Talent Strategy, Supply Chain, Fleet, construction operations, and Commercial Operations on action plans.
• Build analyses, models, and dashboards for planning and leadership audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of strategic, long-range, or S&OP planning experience across workforce, resource, operations, or supply chain domains.
• Demonstrated experience with scenario modeling and forecasting.
• Excel proficiency.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or planning certification such as APICS/ASCM or IBF.
• Construction, EPC, or utility-scale renewables experience.
• S&OP knowledge or experience.
• Exposure to reporting or BI tools, AI tools, or statistical analysis.
