Cybersecurity Engineer (AI)

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on qualifications; eligible for an annual bonus or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Use AI models and AI-assisted security tools to identify, triage, and prioritize vulnerabilities and attacker techniques.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, risk-based prioritization, remediation tracking, and closure.
• Partner with product engineering teams on application and infrastructure security and hands-on remediation.
• Support incident response, threat detection, IT and security audits, and control assessments.
• Develop and maintain application security, privacy, ISMS, and PIMS policies, standards, procedures, and educational programs.
• Configure and manage SSO, MDM, RMM, vulnerability scanners, AD/DC, IAM, and DLP systems, as well as business continuity and disaster recovery testing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using AI models and AI-assisted security tools for vulnerability identification, threat analysis, triage, and remediation prioritization.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management and collaboration with product and engineering teams on fixes.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS security frameworks.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, RMM, MDM, SIEM, AD/DC, BCDR, SSO, IAM, and DLP.
• Experience with IT and security audits, GRC activities, compliance frameworks, and ISMS/PIMS policy development.
• Degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity, or equivalent hands-on technical security experience; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Examples of AI-driven security workflows that accelerated remediation, improved detection, or closed security gaps.
• Experience evaluating and adopting emerging AI-enabled security tools.
