Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP) – Pain Management

Location: Fitchburg, Massachusetts, US; full-time onsite work in an outpatient clinic

Salary: $135,000+ per year

What you will do

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of chronic pain conditions.
• Manage an average daily patient load of 25–30 patients.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and coordinate treatment plans.
• Recommend and coordinate interventional procedures when appropriate.
• Handle medication refill requests and support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active PA or NP license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Comfort working in a busy clinical environment.
• Pain management experience is beneficial but not required.
• New graduates are welcome with strong motivation to learn.
