Location: Maple Grove, Minnesota, with occasional travel to the Coon Rapids location

Salary: $100,000–$180,000 annually

hirify.global, through Minnesota Oncology, provides oncology and hematology care to patients.

What you will do

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for oncology patients and their families.
  • Initiate and document interventions, prescribe therapies as indicated, and evaluate patient responses.
  • Perform procedures with minimal supervision and provide patient and family education.
  • Provide case management, palliative care, hospital rounding, and weekend or after-hours coverage as needed.
  • Support clinical trials by serving as a resource for nursing staff and incorporating evidence-based research into practice.
  • Mentor new advanced practice providers and precept APP students when needed.

Requirements

  • For Nurse Practitioners: an MSN from an accredited nursing program, a current Minnesota RN license, and current Nurse Practitioner certification.
  • For Physician Assistants: completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program, current Minnesota state licensure, and current CPR certification.
  • At least three years of experience practicing as an NP or PA.
  • Knowledge of managing the physiological and psychological effects of cancer diagnosis and treatment is strongly preferred.
  • Previous oncology experience is preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of patient care, including standing, walking, lifting, and handling patients.
