Work on software development and integration for a Department of Defense WDP System environment.

What you will do

  • Develop and integrate software components covering infrastructure, data tools, and user interfaces.
  • Translate system engineering designs into robust software designs and maintain source code, Infrastructure-as-Code, and Configuration-as-Code.
  • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code and comprehensive unit tests; participate in code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance and scalability, and integrate APIs and external systems.
  • Implement secure coding practices and collaborate with UI/UX designers and database specialists on interfaces and data models.
  • Document code, APIs, and technical designs and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

  • SECRET security clearance required.
  • Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of experience for Junior, 4–7 years for Journeyman, or 8+ years for Senior roles.
  • CSSLP, GSEC, or Security+ certification for Junior/Journeyman roles; CISSP-ISSAP for the Senior role.
  • Good communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
