Business Process Analyst II

Location: Hybrid work, 3 days per week in the office in Lincolnshire, Illinois, United States. Expected start: Summer 2027.

Salary: $61,040–$91,560 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 5% of base pay.

What you will do

• Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency and conduct root cause analysis of process failures.
• Capture current challenges, desired outcomes, recommendations, and documented agreements.
• Draft, revise, and maintain business processes for the assigned business unit.
• Assess upstream, downstream, and work-tool impacts of process changes and recommend mitigation solutions.
• Train employees, measure results, report process performance, facilitate cross-functional teams, and perform cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in the Lincolnshire, Illinois office.
• Working knowledge or experience with change management principles and approaches.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or progress toward certification.
• Experience with functional processes in the assigned business unit.
• Experience as an incumbent worker in the assigned business unit.
• Completion of a hirify.global internship.
• Formal change management training.
