Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: In-office, full-time, Monday–Friday in Strongsville, Ohio, USA

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, senior, upper-level, and leadership roles across engineering, architecture, data, product, and other departments.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define sourcing strategies, hiring timelines, and candidate positioning.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of passive candidates, including a dedicated network for payments-industry talent.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter for advanced Boolean searches, InMail campaigns, talent projects, and sourcing analytics.
• Manage requisitions and candidate data in the ATS and provide recruiting metrics and market intelligence to leadership.
• Screen technical candidates on coding languages, frameworks, and architecture concepts while advising stakeholders on market conditions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including substantial experience in a SaaS or software company.
• Experience recruiting for senior, upper-level, or leadership roles, including confidential searches.
• Deep hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search, InMail strategy, talent pipelines, and analytics.
• Working proficiency with an applicant tracking system and direct ownership of requisition and pipeline data.
• Working knowledge of coding languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or SQL.
• Experience recruiting in the payments industry is required, along with strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling an internal recruiting function during rapid company growth, funding, acquisition, or organizational change.
• Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting dashboards, and hiring for Finance, IT, or G&A leadership roles.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or a similar HR or recruiting certification.
