Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid) (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; hybrid schedule with 3–4 days per week at the San Francisco office

Salary: $86,500–$105,000 estimated base salary per year

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for production and other business functions, from sourcing through offers.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and targeted communities.
• Build evergreen pipelines through relationships with universities, community colleges, vocational programs, alumni networks, and referral campaigns.
• Represent hirify.global at career fairs, campus recruiting events, industry meetups, and other sourcing initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and the People team to define roles, calibrate profiles, plan hiring, and coordinate interview loops.
• Maintain accurate Greenhouse records, report on sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill, and support a high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or full-cycle recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or comparable sourcing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of an ATS and standard office tools, including Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to travel periodically to and work 3–4 days at the San Francisco office, including in-person interview days.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in production, operations, hourly, or technical roles.
• Experience with imaging, 3D modeling and animation, healthcare, or allied health candidates.
• Experience reporting on high-volume recruiting metrics.
• Experience building creative sourcing campaigns from the ground up.
