Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Technology

Location: Nashville, United States; four days per week in the Nashville office, Monday through Thursday

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, corporate, and executive positions from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with People Experience Business Partners and senior leaders to align hiring with workforce planning and organizational priorities.
• Recruit across Information Technology and corporate functions including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Creative, and Administration.
• Provide talent-market intelligence, compensation insights, talent mapping, competitive hiring trends, and strategic recruiting recommendations.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and leadership roles.
• Assess candidates, facilitate interview strategy sessions, and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Requirements

• At least five years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and modern technology landscapes, including software development, infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Experience advising Director-level and more senior leaders and supporting both technical and non-technical hiring.
• Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping, and market research.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday, and strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; some travel is required. The role requires a 7.5-hour business day, with occasional extended evening and late-night hours.
