Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Prejmer, Romania; remote position

What you will do

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, candidate closing, and offer presentation.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for roles across Europe.
• Advise and influence hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical roles and recruit passive candidates.
• Promote diversity and inclusion while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Support recruiting and Human Resources priorities as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and passive-candidate hiring.
• Experience combining agency and corporate recruiting backgrounds is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Academic background in business, human resources, or a related field.
• Fluency in German, Dutch, and/or French.
