  • Familiarity with assembly and test procedures, tolerance stack-up analysis, structural proof testing, and pressurized leak checks.
  • Ability to collaborate across design, manufacturing, supply chain, and test teams.
  • Proficiency in GD&T, CAD, and basic design or test analysis.
  • Experience in at least two areas including LOX cleanliness, leak checking, sensor checkouts, tube bending, tool design, crane operations, or subassembly builds.

Nice to have

  • Experience with aerospace product introduction or transitioning hardware from prototype to production.
  • Experience authoring and executing test procedures or serving as a test conductor for integrated system verification.
  • Familiarity with hazardous operations, fluid system safety, or pressurized and high-risk test environments.
  • Experience with lean environments, vendor engagement, tool development, or leading small build or test efforts.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work alongside engineers and technicians in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
  • Competitive salary and equity.
