Staff Recruiter (Temporary)

Location: Must be based in a hirify.global U.S. office — Century City, Colorado, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Orange County, Palo Alto, or San Francisco.

Hourly compensation: $48–$58 per hour, depending on qualifications and operational considerations.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for staff positions from requisition through onboarding and integration.
• Develop strategic recruitment plans, source candidates, and maintain strong talent pipelines through job boards, recruitment platforms, and search agencies.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and provide guidance on recruiting practices, compliance, consistency, and efficiency.
• Screen candidates, refer qualified applicants, extend offers, and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, recruiting files, pre-employment checks, and onboarding platform entries.
• Track recruitment metrics, report findings to leadership, and improve recruiting processes and candidate experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; experience in a legal environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, offers, and onboarding.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, reprioritize responsibilities, analyze problems, and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
