Senior Recruiter - Corporate Roles - Limited Time Employment

Location: Remote, based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, United States. Work hours are Monday to Friday during standard Central or Eastern hours.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, deliver qualified slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Fluent English is essential.
