Temporary Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)

Location: United States, Frisco, Texas; remote work status to be confirmed with Talent Acquisition

Pay rate: $15.97–$41 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct high-volume structured candidate interviews and assessments across designated roles.
• Evaluate candidate skills and qualifications against selection criteria and provide timely recommendations.
• Manage interview activity, candidate communication, dispositions, and records in the applicant tracking system.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for selected non-client-facing experienced-hire positions, including sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and coordinating offers.
• Partner with recruiting colleagues, hiring leaders, and Human Resources on talent needs, selection criteria, and hiring priorities.
• Build relationships with candidates and recruiting sources while using talent-market insights to improve engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year of relevant experience; talent acquisition, professional services, or agency recruiting experience is preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting is preferred.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
