What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for difficult-to-fill roles across multiple corporate disciplines and levels.
- Develop creative sourcing, advertising, event, and recruiting strategies supporting diverse hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers, HR Partners, HR Operations, Finance, and recruiting teams to define hiring needs and deliver effective searches.
- Build candidate networks through market research, proactive outreach, relationship management, and in-depth interviews.
- Provide interview training and coaching to hiring managers and advise them on talent, compensation gaps, and hiring decisions.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience while resolving search issues, managing competing priorities, and improving recruiting practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in corporate full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience recruiting difficult-to-fill roles across multiple business functions and partnering with internal teams.
- Advanced experience using ATS systems for candidate search, assessments, and reporting, plus proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, facilitation, problem-solving, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Nice to have
- Analytical and recruiting reporting experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn, X, job boards, and other social-media sourcing channels.
