Proposal Coordinator (Power Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Coordinate with project managers and estimators to understand project requirements.
• Assist with preparing, reviewing, and submitting bids, contracts, RFIs, and reports.
• Analyze RFP requirements to ensure compliance with submission guidelines and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed and organized bid and job files.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks while collaborating across teams.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience or familiarity with proposal processes and exposure to the construction industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
