What you will do

• Design qualified product samples according to customer needs.
• Arrange the introduction of qualified products into trial production.
• Innovate product designs and develop patents.
• Resolve product-related issues raised by customers.
• Optimize costs, processes, and work procedures, and prepare improvement reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical design, mechanical engineering, or electromechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the design and development of small household appliances or a related industry.
• Ability to independently lead and complete product development projects.
• Good project management skills, adaptability, execution, teamwork, and creative thinking.
• Good English proficiency.
