What you will do

• Lead ME system innovation, design, and development for Evolutionary-type products within the China for China (C4C) team.
• Drive technology scouting to identify customer needs and establish technology roadmaps.
• Execute new product development through feasibility studies, concept design, architecture, and risk analysis.
• Provide technical ME expertise for hardware specifications and issue investigation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams (PM, Electrical, Optical) to refine ME processes and ensure mass production qualification.

Requirements

• Must be based in Suzhou, China.
• 8+ years of experience in product design and development for high-volume consumer electronics, including ME and CMF.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical leader managing NPI projects.
• Proficiency in 3D and 2D CAD with strong knowledge of geometrical tolerances.
• Good communication skills in English (oral and written) are required.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, die casting) and design validation (FEA, FMEA, 8D).

Nice to have

• Experience coaching junior engineers and providing technical guidance.
• Multi-functional design skills, including electro-mechanical integration and PCB mechanical design.
