Location: Ft. Meade, Maryland, United States; on-site. The role requires United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph.

Salary: $42.42–$104.64 per hour.

What you will do

• Administer, maintain, patch, secure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems from the operating system through the application layer.
• Configure and maintain DHCP, DNS, domain services, identity management, authentication, and other core enclave services.
• Deploy and support virtualized or containerized environments across compute, storage, networking, and system resources.
• Support network connectivity, storage platforms, system interfaces, and infrastructure performance and availability.
• Maintain compliance with System Security Plans and secure administration requirements, including STE/STN activities and DoD cybersecurity controls.
• Provide day-to-day administration and technical support in classified operational environments.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph are required.
• Ten years of system administration experience on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or five additional years of system administration experience in lieu of the degree.
• Strong Linux administration experience with enterprise distributions such as RHEL, Rocky Linux, or CentOS.
• Experience with networking, virtualization, storage, security, system hardening, DNS, routing, and firewalls.

Nice to have

• AWS cloud administration experience.
• Experience with KVM, Proxmox, VMware, FreeIPA, Centrify, LDAP, or Active Directory.
• Knowledge of PKI, TLS, certificates, encryption, and cryptographic technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Ansible, Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
