Application Service Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, with on-site attendance 3 days per week

Pay rate: 80–85 USD per day

What you will do

• Own end-to-end Application Managed Services delivery across enterprise applications, data platforms, and business-critical systems.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, governance processes, and contractual commitments.
• Lead incident, problem, change, service request, and knowledge management across multiple technology towers.
• Manage support and enhancement portfolios, capacity planning, resource allocation, and execution across onsite, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Act as the primary escalation point for business stakeholders and technology leadership.
• Drive operational reviews, service improvements, AI-led automation, monitoring, analytics, and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in AMS, application support, or service delivery leadership.
• Experience managing large enterprise application portfolios and SLA-driven managed services engagements.
• Deep understanding of ITIL incident, problem, change, service request, and knowledge management processes.
• Experience managing global delivery teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore models.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, communication, and governance skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, .NET applications, data and analytics platforms, and enterprise integration ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Utility, construction, engineering, or field services industry experience.
• Azure Data Platform and Power BI experience.
• Experience with AIOps, observability, service automation, managed services transformation, or modernization.
• ITIL certification.
