Cloud Service Delivery Manager

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $137,400–$233,600 USD per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery, reliability, operational performance, and service-level outcomes for enterprise cloud infrastructure and platform services.
• Lead operational governance, service reporting, capacity monitoring, runbook development, and continuous improvement across public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Coordinate major-incident response, root-cause analysis, problem management, change management, post-incident reviews, and executive communications.
• Partner with Engineering, Security, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Application, Finance, and business teams to align cloud services with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize cloud operating costs, support chargeback and showback initiatives, and manage cloud providers and strategic vendors.
• Lead and mentor cloud operations and service management personnel while promoting automation-first, cloud-native, SRE, and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Operations, or Service Delivery, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform and enterprise-scale cloud environments in highly regulated organizations.
• Deep understanding of ITIL service management, incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional certification.
• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certification.
• Experience with SRE, DevOps, Terraform, automation platforms, observability tools, and FinOps principles.
• Experience supporting financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
