Delivery Manager (AI/Cloud)

Location: Remote, United States; ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary

What you will do

• Orchestrate delivery of the “Ask Oppy” agentic AIOps orchestrator using Google Cloud Vertex AI and Model Context Protocol frameworks.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and integration across infrastructure, application support, data, and engineering teams.
• Direct password reset automation, Dynatrace monitoring, alerting, and self-healing workflows.
• Standardize CI/CD pipeline guardrails and observability across multi-cloud environments using Dynatrace, Splunk, and CloudWatch.
• Oversee performance testing, data integrity validation, Snowflake and ETL pathways, and unified ITSM support workflows.
• Drive vulnerability tracking, automated remediation, executive reporting, and resolution of technical delivery roadblocks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical projects, product delivery, infrastructure rollouts, or software delivery.
• Experience in a global or multi-regional enterprise IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and AI/ML deployments.
• Deep familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering, automated testing, and cloud automation frameworks.
• Availability for internal and external video meetings and onsite work at corporate or client offices as necessary.
