What you will do

• Hire, coach, and grow a team of Delivery Solutions Architects (DSAs) focusing on Data and AI workloads.
• Accelerate the path to production by removing friction and streamlining onboarding for Emerging Enterprise customers.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Product Engineering to build integrated customer success plans.
• Establish operational rigor for tracking workload progress, usage growth, and customer health.
• Serve as a technical sponsor for key accounts, engaging C-level stakeholders to shape success strategies.
• Drive internal initiatives to enhance consistency and innovation across the DSA practice.

Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Architecture or Field Engineering) with a focus on Data and AI.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud-based Lakehouse architectures and cloud-native architectural principles.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL and an OOP language (preferably Python or Scala).
• Proven experience in Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL, Streaming, and ML/AI productionization.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Experience with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
