What you will do
- Oversee technician recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, development, and performance accountability.
- Recruit residential and commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
- Evaluate technician performance through ride-alongs and audits, and address service-quality issues.
- Monitor branch scheduling and ensure customer appointments are completed efficiently.
- Respond to customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain safety, regulatory compliance, inventory, fleet, materials, and service-cost controls.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, motivation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic or intermediate mathematical aptitude for sales and service calculations.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely.
- Ability to maintain licenses and certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ability to lift and reposition up to 20 lbs, work in varied environments, use ladders and confined spaces, and wear OSHA-compliant respiratory protection.
