Branch Manager, US Pest

Location: Riverside, California, United States; onsite work with travel required

Salary: $102,300–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead and develop the branch management team to achieve growth, productivity, profitability, and customer experience goals.
• Interview candidates, select employees, and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities across operations and service management.
• Implement company programs and initiatives through action plans and management-team support.
• Review business indicators to identify operational problems and improvement opportunities.
• Coach operations and service leaders while supporting and auditing operations, sales, and office leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Five to seven years of experience as a Branch Manager or in an equivalent-level position.
• Background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or customer experience, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel and participate in a rotating off-hours and weekend on-call schedule.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to obtain required licenses and certificates, and successful completion of a pre-employment background screen.
