Service Manager, US Pest

Location: Gardena, California, United States; work is performed in local branches, customer residences, properties, businesses, and outdoor or confined spaces.

What you will do

• Lead and motivate local pest technician teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure technician routes are completed successfully.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and efficient branch operations.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve cancellation requests.
• Inspect and evaluate technician performance while maintaining pest control product inventory.
• Facilitate ongoing training for local sales and service teams.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; a four-year degree is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence required.
• Related experience of 1–2 years is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lead and motivate others, communicate effectively, solve problems, and build trust with customers and employees.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and basic to intermediate mathematical aptitude.
• Comfort working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
