ERP Functional Analyst - Finance, Compliance, O2C (Infor CSIE)

Location: Niwot, Colorado / Hybrid; primarily office, laboratory, and manufacturing environment with occasional after-hours testing or cutovers.

Salary: $92,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise modules for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, financial reporting, and order-to-cash.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot finance, posting, reporting, order-to-cash, and revenue recognition issues.
• Investigate financial postings, cost variances, intercompany flows, and order-to-cash processes to ensure accurate configuration.
• Support period close, audit evidence, segregation-of-duties reviews, and compliance activities.
• Maintain configuration and technical solution documentation and collaborate on training materials and standard operating procedures.
• Partner with ERP administrators, developers, super users, subject-matter experts, and Infor support to test releases and resolve incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Finance, Costing, or Order-to-Cash.
• 5+ years of ERP experience supporting general ledger, payables, receivables, costing, and order-to-cash functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting, inter-site transactions, order-to-cash, and revenue recognition flows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work in the Niwot hybrid office, laboratory, and manufacturing environment; occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required.

Nice to have

• Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise or Infor LN certification in Finance, Compliance, or Order-to-Cash.
