NetSuite Functional Lead

Location: New York, United States

Base salary: $150,000–$220,000 USD per year, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own NetSuite configuration and functional design for chart of accounts, subsidiaries, revenue recognition, fixed assets, transaction flows, financial close, and reporting.
• Evaluate whether Finance requirements require configuration, customization, process changes, or another system.
• Gather requirements, lead functional design, and deliver new entity and module rollouts, including user training.
• Manage release processes, user acceptance testing, deployments, change control, and annual upgrades.
• Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics content.
• Manage roles, permissions, provisioning, access reviews, and audit evidence while partnering with Finance and Engineering.

Requirements

• Hands-on NetSuite experience in-house or in consulting, including end-to-end implementations.
• Experience administering NetSuite after go-live through financial close cycles and upgrades.
• Experience with intercompany processes, multi-currency, consolidation, and revenue recognition in NetSuite.
• Ability to advise Finance on system design and explain the accounting impact of different options.
• Experience managing competing requests from multiple finance teams.
• Must be based in New York, United States.
