ERP Systems/Integration Lead (Manufacturing)

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 per year; anticipated base pay for California.

What you will do

• Evaluate and select the ERP platform, then lead requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
• Own ERP configuration for chart of accounts, item records, BOMs, routings, costing methods, warehouse structures, locations, and approval workflows.
• Architect and maintain integrations between ERP, PLM, MES, procurement, CRM, and external foundry, ODM, and EMS systems.
• Manage the ERP roadmap, including module evaluation, upgrades, patch testing, and functional rollouts.
• Establish data-quality automation, validation rules, master-data synchronization, dashboards, and reporting for inventory, costs, and transactional health.
• Support users through training, troubleshooting, permissions, data governance, integrity audits, and audit-readiness activities.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in ERP administration, systems ownership, or data management within a complex hardware or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading at least one full-lifecycle ERP implementation, migration, or major module rollout; NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Deltek/Costpoint experience is preferred.
• Experience mapping schemas and scoping APIs for ERP-to-PLM integrations, with strong understanding of manufacturing and financial data flows.
• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, Python or data-visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data analysis and validation.
• Understanding of inventory transactions, costing and valuation, procurement cycles, BOM/PLM data, and financial reporting.
• BS/BA in Information Systems, Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, or other middleware and iPaaS tools.
• Master’s degree or relevant ERP and data certifications.
