Planning Systems Manager (ERP/Supply Chain)

Location: Jacksonville, FL; Fremont, CA; or Vancouver, BC, with remote work available only within the US

Salary: $143,206–$181,860 USD annually for the Jacksonville location

What you will do

• Manage ERP configuration, planning parameters, and data integrity for the supply chain planning organization.
• Lead and support ERP enhancements, upgrades, module implementations, integrations, and other supply chain IT projects.
• Partner with BI developers to define requirements, validate outputs, and deliver dashboards and reports for S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory KPIs.
• Automate manual planning processes using system tools, macros, and BI solutions.
• Investigate system discrepancies, improve data quality, and collaborate with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and BI teams.
• Train users and maintain documentation covering configurations, data definitions, and planning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ERP administration, supply chain IT, or planning systems within manufacturing.
• Expertise with ERP systems; INFOR/SyteLine experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, plus strong Microsoft Excel and SQL or other data-querying skills.
• Experience supporting or leading ERP implementation or enhancement projects and working in an S&OP or supply chain planning environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, analyze complex data structures, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• ASCM CPIM certification.
