Finance Transformation Manager (ERP)

Location: Tysons, Virginia, United States; office attendance required 4 days per week

Base salary: $105,000–$125,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Support ERP modernization, finance transformation, process improvement, and operational scalability initiatives.
• Analyze current-state finance processes and help define future-state workflows across Finance, Accounting, Billing, and Operations.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training support, organizational readiness, and adoption activities.
• Facilitate business validation, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and readiness assessments.
• Document requirements, manage risks, dependencies, and action items, and support implementation partners.
• Establish process standards, governance practices, documentation, and transition activities for new systems and workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance transformation, ERP initiatives, business process improvement, or related finance operations.
• Experience supporting ERP or finance transformation projects in business, operations, or systems roles.
• Knowledge of Order-to-Cash, billing, invoicing, collections, payments, or revenue operations.
• Experience with process documentation, testing coordination, or change management.
• Strong organization, communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Sponsorship of new employment authorization applicants and other immigration-related support are not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience with external implementation partners, consulting teams, SaaS, subscription, or hardware business models.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft productivity tools.
• Certification or coursework in change management, project management, Lean, or Six Sigma.
