What you will do

• Welcome customers and help families select baby and children’s products through size 14.
• Become an expert on product styles, features, benefits, and brand offerings.
• Lead sales-floor service, customer loyalty initiatives, and the omnichannel experience.
• Coach store associates, provide in-the-moment feedback, and recognize strong performance.
• Serve as Leader on Duty, drive assigned business priorities, and resolve customer concerns.
• Support asset protection, safety awareness, operational controls, and a positive store environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use computer tools including Outlook, Excel, and web navigation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
• Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week.
