Sales Manager Trainee (Retail)

Location: Schaumburg, Illinois, United States; in-store role with evening and weekend availability required.

Salary: $60,000–$104,900 annual salary, with possible bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Complete a six- to nine-month training program with in-store learning and business rotations.
• Lead and motivate a commissioned sales team to achieve location sales goals.
• Collaborate with sales managers to improve store performance through coaching and feedback.
• Identify individual development needs and create tailored action plans.
• Track sales performance metrics, execute sales strategies, and address challenges affecting customer experience.
• Support hirify.global environmental, health, and safety requirements for the department or location.

Requirements

• At least three years of management experience with a record of success.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong performance results.
• Ability to execute short- and long-term sales strategies and develop action plans.
• Clear communication, influencing, team motivation, and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to work in the Schaumburg store.
