Automotive Retail Sales Manager

Location: Onsite at one of hirify.global’s franchise dealerships in Shawnee, Oklahoma; company address in Edmond, Oklahoma.

What you will do

• Drive sales performance and lead daily dealership sales operations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain sales talent while setting measurable performance standards.
• Develop strategies for acquiring, managing, and moving appropriate inventory.
• Manage the sales process from start to finish to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Set department goals and lead the team to consistently exceed them.
• Build strong working relationships with fixed operations and understand reconditioning center processes.

Requirements

• Previous automotive retail sales manager experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including the ability to train, develop, and retain talent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to a public audience.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with proven customer service ability.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDK or Reverse Risk.
