Director of Operations (CPG)

Location: Louisville, KY; on-site at the facility

Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year, plus quarterly incentives.

hirify.global is a Kentucky-grown, family-owned hemp and THC beverage brand building a scalable distribution and fulfillment operation.

What you will do

• Lead fulfillment, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and operations systems teams.
• Own procurement, inventory accuracy, demand planning, production scheduling, and product launch readiness.
• Lead Acumatica ERP/WMS operations, including purchasing, SKU and UPC setup, order processing, reporting, workflow automation, and integrations.
• Manage COGS, shipping expenses, fulfillment labor costs, inventory reporting, and margin optimization in partnership with Accounting.
• Oversee warehouse operations and fulfillment of more than 10,000 e-commerce orders per week, increasing to more than 15,000 during peak season.
• Manage co-packers, 3PLs, freight carriers, vendors, beverage distribution, contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally in CPG, consumer products, or another fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Hands-on ownership of an ERP/WMS platform such as Acumatica or NetSuite through implementation and daily operations.
• Experience managing co-packer, 3PL, and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and SLA management.
• Strong knowledge of COGS, inventory accounting, margin optimization, procurement, logistics, and demand planning.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports and functional managers across fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Louisville, KY facility.

Nice to have

• Experience in beverage, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, or regulated hemp/CBD, food, and beverage products.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
