Director, Deployment (Payments Logistics)

Location: Onsite at the Shift4 office in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States. Relocation assistance may be available.

What you will do

• Develop fulfillment, distribution, and logistics strategies for a primary site while supporting domestic and international locations.
• Optimize warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
• Manage staffing, warehouse space, equipment, budgets, and fulfillment targets across supported sites.
• Establish KPIs for turnaround time, shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, and fulfillment SLAs.
• Lead fulfillment and warehouse teams while implementing 5S, Lean, quality assurance, and continuous improvement programs.
• Optimize ERP usage, manage carrier/3PL/vendor relationships, and mitigate inventory, carrier, customs, and business continuity risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, information technology, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment management, ideally across multiple sites or regions.
• Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System and ERP platform such as Oracle or NetSuite.
• Experience managing international shipping, customs brokerage, import/export compliance, inventory accuracy programs, and physical inventory processes.
• Leadership experience building and managing high-performing multi-site or distributed teams.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania location.

Nice to have

• Experience with POS systems and distribution of payment or point-of-sale hardware.
• Experience with 5S or Lean methodology, including formal certification.
